The children have been waiting in anticipation to access the new Nature Play Area.

The development of this area has had the children quite curious and we have enjoyed regular visits watching the construction of this learning space and noticing the many changes which have taken place.
The development of this space has also inspired children to design and share their ideas about additions and modifications to the outdoor learning environment in the ELC.

The children in the ELC have been enjoying regular visits to the nature play area and have used this space with great excitement and enthusiasm.

The children have actively explored the environment and participated without hesitation. It has been wonderful to see children who normally are quite reserved and lack confidence to take risks and show a different side of themselves. In this space there has been no limit to the children’s problem-solving, risk-taking, persistence and resilience.
