Congratulations to Scott Moore, Chelsea Schmidt, Sarah Townsend and Andrew Mills who were nominated for an ‘Excellence in Public Education’ award. These are four of our outstanding teachers who continually strive to make education as engaging as possible for the students of Central Yorke School.
They are currently applying for a $10,000 grant to further their professional development in an area of their choice. This makes the 10 nomination for outstanding teachers in the last 2 years. While our improvement journey is not complete yet, we are working strongly towards improving education for all students in our community.
