On Tuesday May 2, the Year 5-12 Concert Band students joined with visiting Immanuel College and YP students in a special workshop and concert held at the Maitland Lutheran School.
The young musicians workshopped repertoire, ensemble technique and performance skills, shared a delicious BBQ and performed in an evening concert. Members of the Vocal Ensemble also rehearsed and performed with the Immanuel Choir.
Thank you to MLS for hosting the event, to music teacher Nathan Wright for the day’s organisation and to the Immanuel College staff and students for sharing their time and talent.
