Science this term has been investigated and celebrated by the Junior Primary class and the Kindy as well as the Occasional Care children in a combined session each week. Parents and Caregivers have also enjoyed being involved.
The opportunity for all students as well as their families to join together in these science sessions has fostered a feeling of belonging and pride in our school and its activities.
The pursuit of scientific knowledge allows our students to develop skills, solve practical problems and make decisions based on their knowledge – both individually and with each other.
The practical aspect of science has appealed to our students. They have been supported by their families who have joined in their construction of specific projects and have been excited by their creations and investigations.
