We noticed that we had lots of spinach growing in the ELC garden. Together we picked the spinach and decided to turn it into pancakes.
Everyone took turns helping to make the pancakes. The children enjoyed watching the butter melt on the pan and the pancakes sizzle. Once they cooled down the children enjoyed tasting the pancakes with only a few screwed up faces.
