Preschool children have been running their own café, Preschool Brews, to welcome visitors and practise hospitality skills. Students greeted customers, took orders, served food and drinks, and even made coffee. Along the way, they learned about table service, clearing, and providing a positive customer experience. Feedback was encouraged, with one memorable review from Mr Trenorden suggesting “larger chairs.” The project provided valuable learning opportunities in communication, teamwork, and responsibility, while also creating connections across the school. Students were proud of their café and the sense of achievement gained from providing a service to others.
