Bodysync Update: Exploring Fitness Components

During Weeks 6–9 this term, our Year 9/10 HPE students have been focusing on the components of fitness to improve their performance and overall wellbeing. Each student created a personalised fitness program, targeting two components of fitness most relevant to their individual goals.

Every Wednesday, they’ve been visiting the local gym in Maitland to implement their plans, working on building strength, endurance, and establishing healthy habits.
