To the excitement of students and staff we were fortunate to welcome Ollie Wines and Tom Clurey from the Port Adelaide football club to our school on the afternoon of Monday February 12th.
These elite sports-persons spoke with the Reception to Year 6 students about healthy life choices and their personal journeys to play for a club steeped in history and strong values.
The students asked questions relating to game play, injuries and thoughts on the opposition teams.
Ollie and Tom signed posters, posed for photos and departed with the comment that they thought our students were well behaved and they had enjoyed spending time with them.
