In week 9 the Year 7 – 9 students took part in a Rugby League Clinic run by the NRL. Dave and his colleagues spent around 4 ½ hours over Monday and Tuesday teaching the students the strategies of the game as well as the rules. It was a very engaging clinic and all of the students participated well.
It was great to give students the opportunity to have a go at a non-traditional sport for our area. Dave was highly impressed with the attitude and respect shown by our students throughout the two days.
