The YP Concert Band and Vocal Ensemble presented a mini-concert of their Balaklava Eisteddfod program to a supportive audience of staff and parents in the PAC last Wednesday.
The Concert Band program is themed around the sea, and the band performed ‘Songs of the Sea’, “Pirates of the Caribbean’ and ‘Under the Sea’. The vocal ensemble performed ‘My Shot’, ‘Study War No More’ and ‘Moanna’.
Thank you to all the parents who supported the performance. Thanks also to Mrs Illingworth and the staff who attended and gave our young musicians an enthusiastic and encouraging audience to help polish the songs with.
