As the school year begins, it has been incredible to see the effort and creativity our staff have put into making their classrooms warm, welcoming, and engaging spaces for students. From the moment students walked through the doors on Day 1, they were greeted by vibrant, thoughtfully designed environments that truly set the tone for a positive year ahead.
Unique personalities
Each classroom has taken on its own unique personality, reflecting the passion and dedication of our teachers.Â
Walking through the primary corridor, you could find yourself under the sea in an ocean-inspired room, stepping into the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss, or surrounded by the warmth of sunflowers, daisies, and bright bursts of colour.
These spaces have not only sparked excitement in our students but have also reassured families that their children are in a place where they will feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
Smooth transitions
Beyond the aesthetics, staff have worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for students and families. From personalised classroom gifts waiting on desks to beautifully captured ‘My First Day’ photos, every detail has been carefully considered. It has been fantastic to see students settle in so quickly, engaging enthusiastically with their learning and embracing the opportunities in front of them.
Specialist teachers
Our newest specialist teachers, Naomi Bowley in PE and Mitchell Lally in Music and Performing Arts, have already made a wonderful impact, bringing energy and passion to their programs.
It has been great to hear from students all about their new teachers and their love of learning, the fun activities they’ve been doing, and the exciting experiences they’ve already had in the classroom.
I look forward to seeing our students love for learning develop throughout the year!
Warm Regards,
