Paddock Seeding
Big thankyou to Sam Johns for seeding the school paddocks for 2019.
Year 7 / 8 Ag
The Year 7 and 8 Ag classes welcome their two new calves – Darcy and Ozlo -to the Ag Block. They both took to the bottle straight away which has made feeding very easy. Students are rostered on at lunch time to feed them. They are showing great responsibility and teamwork to care for our new arrivals.
Year 9 Ag
The Year 9 Ag class have been working with our sheep flock this term – caring for the pregnant ewes and eagerly monitoring the arrival of eighteen lambs in the last few weeks. The students each have a lamb with a particular ear tag number. Each student will have the opportunity to eartag, tail and vaccinate their lamb as well as weigh them to monitor their progress.
