Our two Year 7/8 Ag classes have been investigating the criteria involved in selecting a sheep for purchase from the market. Students have examined our school sheep flock and have selected the ‘best’ animal based on their teeth, legs, body structure and condition score. Their practical skills have been backed up with a written report outlining their findings and providing reasons for their selections.
