In the last few weeks of Term 2 and early weeks of Term 3, our Year 11 Ag class has been hard at work preparing the steers for the Kadina and Royal Adelaide Shows. We have been washing, leading, weighing, brushing and bonding with Ted and Tank and both steers have been putting on large amounts of weight, which will hopefully propel them in the ring at the upcoming shows! We have been leading the steers in most of our Ag lessons to get used to their handler and their surroundings. Our hard-working show team are very excited to show off our steers at the shows and hopefully bring home some ribbons! Come along and watch at the Kadina Show on the 22nd of August.
