The Ag Block produced a lot of large zucchinis over the school holidays which Ag teacher Mrs Le Feuvre picked and froze. The Year 5/6 Ag class grated these ready for their cooking lesson and made chocolate zucchini cup cakes. The class also found out that zucchinis have more potassium than bananas, that the yellow flowers of zucchini plants are edible, that zucchini is a fruit and most importantly, it’s the only fruit that starts with the letter Z!
