Mitchell is exploring hydroponic lettuce production in a newly built hot house, Annabelle is studying beef production and marketing on the Yorke Peninsula with expert Amy Nankivell, Harrison is analyzing the profitability of incorporating Sceptre wheat into his family farm’s crop rotation, and Zoey is investigating the production and marketing of alpaca wool with the guidance of Mark Short from Chaparral Alpaca Stud.
