Day 1 of our First Nation students participating in our new ‘Learning on Country’ program was a resounding success. The students participated in a Nharangga Language lesson, Maths and Science lessons embedding Aboriginal perspectives and knowledge and a very special visit and talk at the Ranger Station. The students did us proud with their thought provoking questions, engagement and they loved learning from Community members. Thanks so much to our IPA Rangers who will be playing a big part in this program teaching our next generation of Junior Rangers ‘Caring for Country’.
