On Thursday 22nd June Uncle Eddie, Charlotte Buckskin and Youth Worker Cori Pollard took a group of FLO Students to the Aboriginal health Council and Puyu Blasters Youth Expo at the Entertainment Centre in Adelaide. There were plenty of information stalls with free giveaways, activities, food, Aboriginal musicians and Cultural Dance groups to keep us entertained. One of our students was lucky enough to win a beauty pamper pack as part of entering a competition on the yellow brick road concept all students needed to complete. One of our own local lads, Raymond Wanganeen from Aboriginal health sang beautifully on stage, this is a real inspiration to our young people.One student said ‘ It was one of the best day she’s ever had’.
