On 21/5/18, year 9/10 art students traveled to the SA Art Gallery to see the ‘Colours of Impressionism’ exhibition. The students were to look at the colours, painting styles and composition of the Impressionist artworks. Seeing these famous pieces by the masters of Impressionism was quite an amazing experience. The student then had the opportunity to walk through the rest of the gallery and see contemporary artwork which ranged from installations to Batik printing from Indonesia.
