Day One
On Monday 15th October, the Year 3/4’s boarded a bus and set off to the Woodhouse Activity Centre in the Adelaide Hills. It took us about 3 hours. When we arrived, we unpacked our bags and split into our teams known as the Kangaroos and Koalas. We then began our activities, which were disc golf and bouldering.
Day Two
On Day 2 when we woke up it was raining. However, we were still able to do our activities, these included Laser skirmish, arts and crafts, learning about survival skills and team building.
Day Three
On our last day, after we packed up we played some giant games.
These included, snakes and ladders, Jenga and noughts and crosses. During our stay we saw lots of wildlife including koalas, frogs, ducks and lots of other birdlife.
We also went for a night walk through a forest and climbed giant logs and sat in Tee Pees. We had lots of yummy food to eat and no one went hungry. Even though it rained we still had a great experience and had lots of fun.
