Year 11 Student Shannon was recently nominated for the Under 18 High Performance Squad and attended a selection training session at Playford.
During the session, Shannon participated in a range of skills based drills, along with doubles and triples matches as part of the selection process.
Shannon will attend the state trials during the next school holidays, competing across two days for the opportunity to be selected in the Under 18 Bowls SA team.
This achievement reflects Shannon’s commitment to the sport and provides an exciting opportunity to compete at the state level.
