On the 9th of May, Year 7/8 students competed in the YP Basketball Carnival. Our boys (Elijah, Jerome, Ben, Eddie and Jamie) combined with a couple of students from St Mary Mackillop and had a lot of fun, showing a good competitive spirit throughout the day. Our girls (Caitlyn and Hayley) joined forces with students from Ardrossan, Moonta and St Columbus. They managed 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses throughout the day and also showed great spirit and played well as a team.
Congratulations to Hayley who has been chosen to represent the YP team in the Statewide schools championships later this term.
