Yorkes Ag Alliance at the Copper Coast Show

The Yorkes Ag Alliance team of 18 senior Agriculture students have been busy preparing for this year’s show season.

Alongside three well-prepared steers, students worked hard behind the scenes, developing their skills and showing the commitment that makes their school community proud.

Copper Coast Show

Their first stop was the Copper Coast Show, where they put their preparation into practice before moving on to the Royal Adelaide Show. The students had a fantastic day in Kadina, with 14 senior students, two Agriculture teachers and two SSOs working together as one team. The event certainly proved an opportunity to demonstrate skills and build motivation ahead of the Royal Adelaide Show.

Thank you

The school extends its thanks to Ashvell Murray Grey Stud, Bayview Shorthorn Stud and Junella Farming YP for their ongoing support and for providing the steers, as well as to Tash Westbrook and her team for coordinating another excellent event.
