Year 11 Food and Hospitality | Three Course Luncheon

Year 11 Food and Hospitality students planned and delivered a three course luncheon for invited staff and students.

Students prepared a range of dishes including sushi, lasagne cups, tarts and chocolate orange macarons while also managing front of house responsibilities such as table preparation, menu design and guest service.

The event provided students with practical experience in food preparation, teamwork, event organisation and hospitality service.
