Rock Climbing

The Year 12 Outdoor Ed class ventured up to Warren Gorge near Quorn to complete a 3 day rock climbing camp.

With the help of Tom and Bowen from Wilderness Escape, students were put through their paces with a variety of climbs and abseils ranging in difficulty from easy to very hard.

Although there were some nervous moments, all students managed to complete climbs and showed great resilience and respect for each other.
We were lucky to see the threatened Yellow footed rock wallaby and the Apostle birds that frequented our camp.

Nights consisted of knot tying, games and stories around the campfire. Those who were there will never forget the question “Are you Ethan?”sport.
