On Friday the 29th of March CYS had 8 swimmers represent the Southern Yorke Peninsula SAPSASA Swimming team at the SA Swimming and Aquatics Centre in Adelaide.
For all of them it was their first time competing and they found the experience amazing, especially having the chance to swim competitively in such a big pool.
All students swam well and showed fantastic enthusiasm for the sport and are already looking forward to next year. Well done to Emily Burrows, Annabel Geater-Johnson, Nicholas Heinrich, Rhys Heinrich, Marley Holmes, Macushla Millar, Maggie Moore and Barnaby Wheare for representing the school and yourselves with pride.
