Food & Hospitality | Daniel Newchurch Masterclass

On Friday the year 10-12 Food and Hospitality students were treated to a Masterclass with Daniel Newchurch from Newchurch Horticulture. The focus was on native ingredients and the students were very intrigued and excited to try some new foods. Daniel was keen to introduce the students to as many foods as he could in our session, including a quandong chutney, marinated kangaroo meat, flatbread and water buffalo. The students had a great time learning from Daniel and are looking forward to visiting the farm when we will cook on an open fire.
