SAASTA Connect students created meaningful opportunities for learning, reflection, and connection during National Reconciliation Week.
As part of National Reconciliation Week, SAASTA Connect students planned and delivered a range of activities for students across the school. The program encouraged participation from students of all ages and provided valuable opportunities for cross age learning and collaboration.
The activities supported students to learn about, reflect on, and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and achievements. Through shared experiences, students developed greater understanding and strengthened connections across the school community.
The success of the week reflected the leadership, organisation, and enthusiasm of the SAASTA Connect students, who worked hard to create engaging and meaningful learning opportunities for their peers.
